		<description>Thanks for a really well done piece.

In my opinion the issue isn&#039;t whether Dr. Paul has the correct ideas, but whether he could act on any of them if he were elected to the presidency.

The only way that any corrective action will be taken on  the economic front will either be after the &#039;bow breaks&#039; or before it does by some kind of dramatic mobilization of intelligent and informed public opinion.

Thanks to government provided public education we are a nation of Jay Walking All Stars most of whom think that Abe Lincoln was the first president of the US.

I for one feel that we as a society are suffering from the negative effects of extremely long-term, multi-generational prosperity and an economic collapse might be the only cure.
